Do you think you are ready for surgical weight loss? If so, we invite you to learn more about The NEW Program, meet our bariatric surgeons and learn about the surgical weight loss options available to you.
The NEW Program offers Information Seminars, conducted by our bariatric surgeons, two times a month at different locations in Los Angeles (LA) and Orange Counties. If you are unable to attend a seminar, check for our Webinar schedule. The surgeons will discuss the prevalence of obesity and the surgical weight loss options we offer - laparoscopic gastric banding, laparoscopic gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy – they will discuss the similarities and differences in the procedures.
You’ll learn what changes your body will go through, and how you will have to accommodate for those changes. Our bariatric surgeons will also review what lifestyle modifications you’ll have to make in order to have long-term success with your weight loss. We want you to not only lose your excess weight, but to keep it off for the rest of your life!
Although the Information Seminars are not mandatory, they do give patients the opportunity to meet the surgeon, and to learn about bariatric surgery and The NEW Program from the surgeon’s perspective. Also, you will have the opportunity to meet a post-op patient for first-hand information!
